Hotbuy jacket: HOT OR NOT

I was shopping on Stardoll (Duh!) and I came across this Hotbuys Jacket:

I can't make my mind up if I like it or not. I like the colour and the low collar, but I don't really like the belt and the fur lining. I think it is a bit too much. For the price of 20 Stardollars is quite good. For a Hotbuy Jacket, you would expect to pay much more. Tell me below: HOT OR NOT?
